Clarence Michael McNeely was born on May 24, 1948, to Clarence Adolf McNeely and Pearletta Florence Larson.
On December 10, 1977, he was united in marriage to Carol Jean McNeely.
Clarence was in the US Army from 1967-1969 and served in Germany with the SPEC-5.
He worked for Rockwell/Atchson Casting for thirty-eight years before retiring. Clarence was an avid Chiefs fan and season ticket holder.
He was also an active member at the Church of Living Love in Atchison, Kansas.
Clarence was preceded in death by his father, Clarence Adolf McNeely; mother, Pearletta Florence Larson and her husband James Franklin Larson; and a brother, Elvie Ray McNeely.
He is survived by his daughter, Marie Mullins and husband Lonnie; wife, Carol Jean McNeely; siblings, James Melvin McNeely and wife Beverly, Pat Marie NcNeely Bishop and husband Sidney, Georgia Kay McNeely Gilkey and husband Fred, Joseph Wayne McNeely and wife Vickie, Madeline Carol McNeely Sneed and husband Clifford, Ethel Fay McNeely Brower, Lola Jane McNeely Slyter and husband Paul, and James F. Larson Jr. and wife Ramona; five grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
