In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions to the Phillip Fennell Memorial Fund in care of the funeral home.
Phillip Ray Fennell, age 75 was called home to his Lord on August 13, 2011. Born and raised on a cotton farm in Oklahoma, his family moved to a dairy farm in Missouri when he was fourteen. After high school, he served in the Navy, and married after his discharge.
Phillip work for 27 years for Dayco Rubber Company, retired from Aaron Automotive in 1999, although he continued to work for Bass Pro Shops.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Cleo Ferguson Fennell and Hubert Wesley Fennell and his loving, beautiful wife, Peggy.
He is survived by his daughters, Paula Fennell, Karla Shaltout and her daughters, Gabrielle and Marina. He is also survived by stepchildren, Rhonda Wilson and husband Mike, their children Portia, Brooke and Mitchell; Mike McEwen and wife Amber, their children Mandy, Sarah, Michael Jr., Sheen, Jimmy and Peggy Sue; Patricia Crawford and husband John and son Nathan Pettit. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
Phillip was a minister in later years and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
