Dale Lee Ray was born January 18, 1959 to Cleao E. Ray and Ailsa (Lane) Ray in Osceola, Missouri, the youngest son of Cleao and Ailsa. He passed away January 19, 2018 in El Dorado Springs, Missouri the day after his birthday.
He incurred his disability at the early age of 8 or 9 years old and as it progressed it gradually diminished his ability to have a normal life. He had the opportunity to live on his own for about 3 years prior to a downturn in his health. Dale required more assistance than could be provided in his apartment so he moved to Community Springs Healthcare Facility in 2007 where he assumed the position of “Unofficial Greeter”.
Dales sarcastic sense of humor was known by everyone there. He liked everyone and was both liked and loved by all that knew him. Dale had a good, comfortable life in a loving and caring home. He will be missed by his families. The family that he was born to and the family that he acquired at Community Springs.
